Your employees will appreciate being told that they are doing a good job every once in a while, and regular appraisals are a good idea to offer constructive feedback and let your employees know what they are doing well. 

When the need for promotions arise, consider first promoting somebody within the internal team rather than hiring externally, as this will give employees something to aim for and help them understand that there is room to grow within the business.

Unfortunately, accidents in the workplace can happen, and they can happen to anyone. When this occurs, it’s imperative as an employer that you face the situation head on and act quickly.
