DeMillo, the director of the Center for 21st Century Universities at Georgia Tech which he told the New York Times last year when Coursera took in 20 university partners with investment worth $20 million. Not bad, for an MOOC (Massively Open Online Course) provider with only 20 staff at that time.
Fast forward to today, with 70 staff on payroll and a fresh infusion of $63 million Series B round from three university backers and existing investors GSV Capital and Learn Capital....
