Here are five tips that are guaranteed to help.
Let them make major contribution
One of the biggest differences between startups and large companies is that in startups, all employees are expected to do multiple jobs and play a huge role in any success the company is going to have. And that’s why ambitious people are ready to join startups. So, if you want to attract talented and determined people to your business, you need to let them know that you encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. You can do this by explaining to them what your business is all about and how they’ll play an integral role in it if they take the job.
